Background:
During the early years of her career as a social worker, Kay worked both in the private sector and public sectors. She took a hiatus from her career to nurture her own children, then pursued graduate studies before coming back to the non-profit sector. She was Executive Director of The Boselli Foundation for six years before joining The Sontag Foundation. Currently, Kay lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with her husband Gary, two sons, and assortment of pets. She enjoys volunteering with her church, camping and skiing.
